A couple weeks ago, we heard that Samsung and Apple were in the middle of intense legal battle in several countries. We haven’t heard the update for a while, but now the recent news shows that Apple is in the upper hand. Recently, there is a news said that Samsung won’t sell their Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia because of the legal issues. Now, that Samsung’s tablet is also blocked from Europe. Seems like everything is on Apple’s side.

If you forget about the legal battle, it was started when Apple said that Samsung is copying iPhone’s and iPad’s design and that the Korean manufacturer has no originality and innovation. But Samsung don’t want to just sit around. They fired Apple back for infringing some wireless patents. The battle is getting harder since then. But the latest news shows that Apple is currently on top.

Now, and injunction against Samsung has been placed for importing Galaxy Tab 10.1 to Europe. Until the things are cleared, which usually take months, they have to wait patiently to bring their flagship tablet to the land of Europe. If you are living in Europe, I can only pray for you that this legal battle will quickly resolve.
