Answers for this question:

1) Open System → Preferences → Network Connections.
(2) A new dialog box will open with tabs like Wired, Wireless, Mobile Broadband, DSL and VPN.
(3) Click the Mobile Broadband tab. Then click the Add icon.
(4) A new dialog box will appear with title "Set up a mobile broadband connection". Don`t do anything in that page just click forward.
(5) Now you have to choose the providers country. In my case "India". Click forward.
(6) Then you need to choose your dongle provider. In my case "Tata Photon Plus". Then click forward.
(7) Your configuration is almost over. Click apply for rest of the dialog box that appears.

Unfortuantely, Micromax 310G supports windows platform. Such as Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. This dongle does not have a driver to make it work on Linux operating system.

Even if you called the manufacturer they cannot help you at all as the device does not support it.
