Answers for this question:

There are two ways to clear up your phone`s memory,
By uninstall an app or by moving it to SD card.

Uninstalling an app.

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Applications.
3. Tap Manage Applications.
4. Select Any app.
5. Tap Uninstall.

Moving apps to SD card.

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Applications.
3. Tap Manage Applications.
4. Select Any app.
5. Tap move to SD card.

If you cannot find the move to SD card feature, you need to use a 3rd party app called App2SD.

Open the link to view app2sd or download it.

Uninstalling and re installing the application on your Android phone should help fix this problem. You do not have to worry on the level that you are in now, it will retain the information even if you uninstall and reinstall it.

Use your file manager to view the files and delete some unnecessary files. You can also go to settings, applications, manage applications. select any app and tap the clear data or cache. then the data will be cleared.

You must delete or move to a SD card, the large files on the phone to allow the system RAM space to operate.
