Perhaps the charger is broken! try it with another ipod? does the computer recognize the ipod when you plug it in? the top part of the wire of the apple lead is terribly sensitive, plug the ipod and charger in! then the part that connect to ipod push the wire slight against it.

Hello there! Please check if you have plugged the charger correctly and if the battery is in place. It should be charging if it`s new. Wait for about half an hour and if nothing comes up, please return it and ask for a new one.

If it says it is fully charged then it is fine to unplug it. The vendor was just estimating, you do not need to wait another two hours because that will do nothing. The battery is fully charged.

Hi, as soon as your galaxy not indicates that it is fully charged you should unplug from the power source as over charging your device can compromise the life of the batterry hope this helped.

Well you should only charege your phone until its fully charged over charges make the battery life shorter.

It is a software issue with the phone. The motherboard may be damaged or charging port may off.
