I would like to re activate my lbpiaccess account since this was blocked because i forgot my password, what should i do to activate once again?. Do You sir & mam own that kind of inquiry?, If do then please get the good soution right after below:\r\n

Hi,
I have also been blocked from my Landbank`s ATM account before and though this is different from iAccess, the procedures should be similar.
This is what I can tell you based on my experience.
1. Do not call their customer service hotline as you may only be wasting your time. They will eventually refer you to your bank branch.
2. Do not write an email or file a ticket online. You will only get an auto-reply and will eventually be referred to your bank branch.

This is what you should be doing:
1. Contact your bank branch and ask for the requirements on resetting your iAccess password. Usual requirement include 2 Valid ID`s, your proof of membership to the bank and other requirements required by branch. This is an important step as we do not want to go return back because of incomplete requirements.
If you are not familiar with your bank`s contact number please try this branch locator: . Simply enter your Region and City and it will display all the branches in the selected City.
2. Secure all the requirements and go to your bank branch.
3. Talk to the customer care representative and tell him/her of your intent to reset you iAccess account password.
4. Upon confirmation of identity, they may reset your password and will give you the new one.
5. Reset may take 24-48 hours. Make a followup call after 48 hours if you are still unable to log-in to your account.

Note: Should you want to do withdrawals or fund transfers urgently, you may temporarily do it over the counter.

I had also experienced being blocked from my ATM account. I was able to retrieve my account back. Please follow procedures below, these also apply to your Landbank iAccess account.
This is what I can tell you based on my experience.

For you to be able to recover you your lbpiaccess password when you log in please do click the “Forgot Your Password” and then your secret question will be there. Answer it and this will solve the problem.

If your account have been completely blocked, I am very sad to say this but unfortunately, You will not be able to recover the password online. You need to contact LandBank for them to unlock your account. This is done by going directly to the bank or using the contact details.
