Answers for this question:

You may use the following format for the petty cash request:

Date: _____________________

(Name of your Immediate Superior)
(Official Designation)
(Name of your Department)

Dear (Sir or Madam),

I am writing to you because I am seeking your approval for a petty cash request in order for me to: (state your reasons here).

I am initiating this for the good of our department.

Sincerely yours,

Your Printed Name with Signature.

If you have the reasons for the unliquidated petty cash you must explain by writing a letter. If you spend the cash outside of the priority you may replenish or return the cash to your accounting office. It will cause trouble if the accounting office audit all petty cash and found out that you did not liquidate your expenses.

Hi, If you are honest in your procuring any item, then it will not be a problem for you to ask for more money since you will be having market evidence to prove the increase of rate as per market…. so go head and ask for increase in loan amount.

We`ll get in touch with you at the email address you provided after we`ve reviewed your ID. You will now be logged out of Facebook.

Just fill up the name , speciic amount you need , subject need and sign by the one who requested and with sign approved by the authorized signatory.

Just politely ask your boss. They know that and they will allow it as long as the tool is needed by the company.otherwise it won`t be granted.

If your reckords are coreck with thers get it in an e.mail.
