I want to upgrade my Verizon HTC One Max android version from Kit Kat to lollipop hence I need to unlock the boot loader. I have used Rumrunner but ending with ERROR

Install baseline:
Open Odin and choose ‘reset’ option. This is located in the bottom when it is already open. Put this code in the link unto ‘PIT’ portion of the Odin. Put the code in this link unto the ‘Bootloader’ portion of Odin.
Run casual exploit:
Place your device unto the development mode. Go to ‘Settings.’ Choose ‘Developer Options.’ Choose ‘USB debugging.’
Use Java. Install this and double-click for it to run the code in this link . Choose the option in this link . Then accept notifications that may be prompted in the Casual or phone. When a pop up display, push the Volume Up option and continue to Part 2.
Install the option in this link :
Open Odin or press the ‘reset’ option located at the bottom. Put the code in this link unto the ‘Bootloader’ portion of Odin. Then choose Start. It is now rooted and can now install CWM recovery file.

If you want to unlock the bootloader of your cloudpad then you have to use flashing tool. Once you have it run that tool and connect you phone. Select unlock bootloader option. Take note once you unlock the bootloader of your device it may void its warranty.
