Java.lang.NullPointerException Getting this on alms with SSD4?. Do You Mr or Mrs own that kind of problem?, If yes then plz found the solution right after below:\r\n

So how do I fix this problem.. need to finish module

There might be a software application failure or corrupt data from wireless sync. Try to clear your address book data by:

Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Click Backup and Restore, and selectAdvanced.
From the Handheld Databases list, selectAddress Book.
Click Clear. Go back to the BlackBerry Desktop Manager window.
Synchronize the Address Book with the correct translator in Intellisync

If that doesn`t work, do a proper reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot — ~5 minutes.


I had the same problem, someone recommending downgrading the Blackberry software and then it`ll work. Haven`t tried it yet..


What does tht mean?. How do a do tht cos a cnt even get on thu phone. Do u no how to step by step do it? am not the brightest.


Therefore it wont let me have any other options then say ok which doesn allow me to reach bbm therefore i cant use it.


Try to reset da device by using the bbsk software for blackberry..with it desktop manager.


You can select to put the system back to the begining and the folder will apear!
