You can try hard resetting it,
Turn off the device
Press and hold Power+Volume+Menu and it will take you to recovery menu
Navigate using volume keys.
Hold down both the power and “T” buttons until it shuts off, then release the power button only. this will take you to a preboot menu.
Turn phone off. Then hold down the power key volume down key, and camera key at the same time until it powers up.
You can remove you battery then press at once your volume down n up key bottom plus po.
Try taking the battery out and wait a minute before putting it back in… good luck!
